One of our more remote dive site, used to be the manta point during December and May, before we “discovered” Fung Faru and we haven’t visited this particular site so often. The shallow sandy bottom of the channel is home to many bottom dwellers like stingrays and goat fish. Some interesting coral ridges rising several meters off the floor, form a canyon like landscape and you easily get lost in them when the visibility is poor. Shoals of snappers populate the area and some huge green turtles get “disturbed” appearance! The blocks on the outer corner are a cleaning station for the manta rays, even napoleon wrasses come to get cleaned.
